4B OFFICE is situated at the intersection of the main avenues in Ümraniye, İstanbul’s Asian side. It is a highrise with a massive bulk that has a rhythm of transparent and opaque façade surfaces. We used our Fibrobeton® and Fibrofombeton® products and offered the best solution for the building’s insulation. Piramit Architecture’s Turgut Toydemir designed the building and HSC Real Estate constructed it. It is an office building with 20 floors, and glass surfaces make up the façades majority to maximise the location’s view.

In this manner, we used the steel framed Fibrobeton ® panels for the façade system. We needed to achieve a “unitized” look on the façade, so we assembled the Fibrobeton® shell panels on site.

We covered the concrete façade with our composite panels. We used Fibrofombeton® at the corners of the building. We hid all the insulation at the back of the panels. Consequently, our experienced staff assembled 3.400 square meters of “unitized” shell cladding and 1.600 square meters of Fibrofombeton® cladding which was mounted on steel constructions at the corners.
