The Armani Maçka Residences right in the heart of İstanbul ( European side) are composed of 3 blocks with 98 flats that are built on an area of 60.000 square meters. Earthquake security was a primary issue and our FİBROBETON® and FİBROCEPHE®/FİBROPANEL® brands gave the best answer to this request. The flat sizes vary between 80 and 600 square meters. Metex designed the flat interiors but Armani-Casa designed the lifts and the hallways. Some of the flat interiors were also designed entirely by Armani-Casa. The façade concept came from Mixity&Tunca.

The 3 blocks also house social establishments for the residents like shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, a gym, a library and a Turkish bath (Hamam). All façade areas other than the glass windows were clad with FİBROBETON® and FİBROCEPHE®/ FİBROPANEL®. The claddings are resistant to earthquakes and all climatic conditions.
