Emlak Konut’s headquarters is composed of two office blocks and a conference hall in İstanbul’s Ataşehir district on the Asian side of the city. FİBROFOMBETON® is energy and environmentally friendly which is why it was chosen to clad the façades. The building has a city view and is designed in a view to maximize the natural sunlight.

The building has a modern design but is decorated with traditional architectural elements that reflect this institution’s identity. We dressed the façade with a steel framed, non-insulating FİBROBETON® shell and a heat insulating FİBROFOMBETON® panel system.

The Advantage of Using Different Products Together

We produced special panels with motifs that emphasized wide and protruding eaves and hid the insulation layers at the same time. The arches, jambs and motifs under the eaves were covered with a steel framed shell. We assembled the steel framed, 12 mm thick panels on the silicone treated façade and completed the project.
