Rixos Group’s The Land of Legends Theme Park Hotel is in Belek in Antalya’s popular tourism region. Its concept was to bring a hotel, a shopping mall and an amusement center under the same roof. The U.S. company JR made the concept project and Gültekin Architecture constructed the hotel.

It has 401 rooms making it Antalya’s biggest hotel and it sits on 639.110 square meters of land. We constructed 31.000 square meters of façade cladding.

A variety of materials were used on the façades and we used Fibrodekor® to construct traditional forms which could not be built using ordinary concrete. It took us just under 7 months to finish the job. Motifs and decorations are the essence of the project. Huge column capitals, pedestals, balustrades, window and door jambs and all intricate embellishments reflect their chosen era precisely.

We built very large panels for 4 meter high columns and 6 meter wide pedestals. All claddings are in their natural color and we guaranteed their lifelong durability.
