Located in one of the most vibrant and newly developed districts of London, the capital of the United Kingdom, the project comprises two residential towers with 26 and 31 floors and two mid-rise blocks with 10 floors. FIBROCEPHE® and FIBROPANEL® products were used in the project, where an innovative construction model was adopted to enable a fast and low-risk building process.

A grid-shaped precast panel system was used on the façade of the structure, which is situated within the East Village development. These tailor-made products were designed to be installed between the floor slabs and contribute to a façade texture that harmonizes with the surrounding built environment. Each panel was fully assembled in the factory, including the mounting on aluminium substructures, and delivered to the site as a single façade unit.

As the prefabrication and assembly of the components were conducted off-site, urban transportation requirements were reduced by 40%, and construction site waste was decreased by 75%.
