Fibrobeton has put its research and development facilities at our disposal not with a commercial interest but for pure educational purposes. In 2018, we worked with the MEF University and Boğaziçi University for the İstanbul Design Biennial. Our project was titled “Hope on Water” and it showed the transitory shelter structures after a possible earthquake. Fibrobeton collaborated with Metal Yapı and built the project. The MEF University has a postgraduate program called “Alternative Architectural Practices” for which we have been partners for two years. Fibrobeton is the industrial partner of this program and helps us to put academic studies into practice. We hope that our collaboration with Fibrobeton will also be fruitful in the future.
